8th Bang!

The Summ-Dunk Slimmer
(Before you start, pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius)


Ingredients:

Lettuce (I recommend butter lettuce)
1 Chicken breast (I recommend crumbed)
1/2 a Tomato
1/2 an Onion
Cucumber
Cheese (I recommend mature cheddar or feta)
Balsamic vinegar
Mayonnaise
Olive Oil
Salt
Black pepper


Step 1:

Place your chicken breast in the oven to grill for approx 12 minutes





Step 2:

Place your lettuce a quarter of the way inside your bowl.




Step 3:

Chop your vegetables into the shape and size of your preference.


Step 4:

Layer your lettuce with some onion, tomato and cucumber, spreading them evenly throughout your dish





It should be time to remove your chicken breast from the oven






 

Step 5:

I recommend stripping your breast, because I love stripping, but you may cut your chicken breast in any manner which you see fit.



Step 6:

Add your cut up chicken breast, to your salad and drizzle with equal proportions of mayonnaise, balsamic vinegar and olive oil.



Finish off your salad with a pinch of salt and a grind of black pepper
et VOILA.
