UNTITLED


I hear a silence within me, I feel the noise of my pain
I look to the world, I see insanity. Or is it sanity.
My eyes close, my spirit lies manumit.
I look into the darkness to find the illumination.

I soar. I can taste it; the air on my lips.
I hear a voice. It sings in tune
With the drum of my ear. I listen
to the people. The people of the land
Where pollution is the only consistency
Of minds and minds alike.
Tainted love is tainted joy endured by tainted people
Envied by loveless beings
Craved by addicts.

I throw myself over the precipice
To be caught only by my sanity
Or is it insanity
To dance in a new dimension without
Realisation
To hum in an off key without
Purpose
To rock the water
Back and forth until the flow is that of my tears
All forlorn. I need to be.
Release. Me. Please.
Let my eyes foresee.

My heart to love. My soul to tell.

8th Bang!

The Summ-Dunk Slimmer
(Before you start, pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius)


Ingredients:

Lettuce (I recommend butter lettuce)
1 Chicken breast (I recommend crumbed)
1/2 a Tomato
1/2 an Onion
Cucumber
Cheese (I recommend mature cheddar or feta)
Balsamic vinegar
Mayonnaise
Olive Oil
Salt
Black pepper


Step 1:

Place your chicken breast in the oven to grill for approx 12 minutes





Step 2:

Place your lettuce a quarter of the way inside your bowl.




Step 3:

Chop your vegetables into the shape and size of your preference.


Step 4:

Layer your lettuce with some onion, tomato and cucumber, spreading them evenly throughout your dish





It should be time to remove your chicken breast from the oven






 

Step 5:

I recommend stripping your breast, because I love stripping, but you may cut your chicken breast in any manner which you see fit.



Step 6:

Add your cut up chicken breast, to your salad and drizzle with equal proportions of mayonnaise, balsamic vinegar and olive oil.



Finish off your salad with a pinch of salt and a grind of black pepper
et VOILA.
